Lance Duckett Scott

Lance Duckett Scott was raised in Houston, TX and received a BA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He went on to do graduate work in architecture at the University of Texas. After studying abroad in Italy, he moved to New York City in early 2000 where he worked briefly at Howard Kaplan Antiques on Broadway. From there he went to work for GPCI, a boutique architecture and design firm based on the Upper Westside. During his six years there, he focused his transition to decorating by working on projects in the Hamptons, New York City, Chicago and Nantucket.

Scott began his tenure at David Kleinberg Design Associates in 2006 where he has honed his skills and aesthetic to become more classically modern, but still with a bit of luxurious glamour infused into every project. Working hand in hand with Kleinberg, his projects have been published in Architectural Digest and Veranda magazines, with the latest being an oceanfront estate in Palm Beach, FL. He was named an Equity Partner in 2016.
