Sean Matijevich

Sean Matijevich attended Parson School of Design in New York City which subsequently lead him to jobs for the esteemed design firms of Stephen Sills Associates and Daniel Romualdez Architects. He joined David Kleinberg Design Associates in 2003 and was named an Equity Partner in 2016.

The works of Velazquez and Balthus along with 16th-Century architecture from Sweden and Spain continue to influence his work aesthetic. His work at David Kleinberg Design Associates has included an estate in rural Pennsylvania that was published in Architectural Digest and a Tribeca loft for the same client, published in Elle Décor. Matijevich also worked on a small house in Washington, CT filled with an expansive collection of 20th Century designers like Eugene Printz, Serge Roche, and Jean-Michel Frank to name a few. This project appeared on the cover of Veranda magazine.
